Briohny Smyth is amazingly strong. After watching this video, I am even more determined to strengthen my body and increase my flexibility.

HealthyFitandSkinny’s famous oatmeal cookies : no flour, no butter, no sugar !
You need :
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of, dried fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips of your choice
- 1/3 cup of oil or calorie reduce margarine
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1/8 cup of pure honey (optional)
Mash bananas or blend them, add other ingredients, and mix well. You can add some salt to taste. Let sit for 15 minutes. Finally, bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 24 cookies, 74 calories each.

Breakfast:

Lunch:
- wrap- alfalfa, tomato, lettuce, cucumber.
- whole weat tortilla
Dinner:
- 1 pear.
Workout: no running. busy doing laundry and shopping groceries at the Farmers Market and at supermarket, making lunh for the rest of the family and visiting my brother and his family.
