I needed a change. No more being sick or tired. Now its all about be happy and Healthy!! ........

Also this is the first time in my life that i focus on what i eat and change. Please if you have any advise feel free.....

You need : 
3 medium ripe bananas
2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of, dried fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips of your choice
1/3 cup of oil or calorie reduce margarine
1 tsp of vanilla
1/8 cup of pure honey (optional)
Mash bananas or blend them, add other ingredients, and mix well. You can add some salt to taste. Let sit for 15 minutes. Finally, bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 24 cookies, 74 calories each.

Breakfast: 

  • 1 sramble egg
  • oatmeal

Lunch: 

  • wrap- alfalfa, tomato, lettuce, cucumber.
  • whole weat tortilla

Dinner:

  • 1 pear.

Workout:  no running.  busy doing laundry and shopping groceries at the Farmers Market and at supermarket, making lunh for the rest of the family and visiting my brother and his family.
